NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2010 -CA-003409-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2006 GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE4, is Plaintiff, and Stephanie Sattler, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
