O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 6th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 195, SHADOW LAKES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 27 THROUGH 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.

pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
