NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 16, 2015 entered in Case No. 13-CA-014681 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Hiram Montes; Gisela Lozada; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, LINCOLN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
