NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-010451, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and MARIA E. CASANAS; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LUIS R. CASANAS, is defendant. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
