NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Consent Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on February 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-018235 , of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2005-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT MULLER; VICTORIA MULLER N/K/A VICTORIA F. WILLIS; CHRISTELL CHILDRESS POSADA F/K/A CHRISTEL CHILDRESS; ROBERT T. POSADA; LVNV FUNDING LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT MULLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA MULLER N/K/A VICTORIA F. WILLIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in the possession, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on May 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 27.35 FEET OF LOT 11 AND THE WEST 45.30 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 11, TAMPA SHORES BAY DRIVE SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THE SOUTH 18 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
