The undersigned personal representative of the captioned estate hereby gives notice that a petition for the administration of the estate of FAUSTO VICENTE SONTAY, deceased, was commenced on March 23, 2015 and is now pending as case number 15-CP-000690 in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborouh County, Florida, the address of which is George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Attn: Probate Clerk, 800 Twiggs Street, Room 206, Tampa, FL 33602. The names and post office addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections that challenge the appointment or qualifications of the personal representative, venue or jurisdiction of this Court are required to file their objections with the Clerk of this Probate Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is served within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OFA COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
