Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated December 19, 2014 in Case No. 14-CA-1066 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and EDUARDO FRIAS, et al., are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00am, on May 8, 2015, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
