NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 30, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-022087 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and OMAR AMEZQUITA DIAZ, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 18, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
