As Trustee For Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Ii Inc., Bear Stearns Alt-a Trust, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and Joseph W. Bryant A/K/A Joseph Woodham Bryant, Lisa M. Santopietro A/K/A Lisa Marie Santopietro A/K/A Lisa Santopietro, Towne Park Homeowner's Association, Inc., Bank of America, N.A., Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property, Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
