NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-008736 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein STATE FARM BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and SHERRI E PRATT; CHARLES C PRATT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE FARM BANK, F.S.B.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; USEP 1, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 5/4/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 230 FEET OF THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 390 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE EAST 100.00 FEET OF THE WEST 290.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 230.00 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE 89.45 FEET; THENCE WEST 1.00 FOOT; THENCE SOUTH 60.55 FEET; THENCE EAST, 1.00 FOOT TO SAID EAST BOUNDARY LINE THE NORTH TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
