NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29 2010 CA 001023 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff, and, AKONOM, ANN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of May, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 20, BLOCK F, LAKEWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND A PART OF TRACT B, LAKEWOOD ESTATES UNIT 4, SOUTH OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 20, BLOCK F, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 20, BLOCK F, LAKEWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 2; THENCE NORTH 88°15'46” EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 20 A DISTANCE OF 112.11 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 20; THENCE SOUTH 21°08'56” EAST ALONG THE PROJECTION OF THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 20, A DISTANCE OF 45.07 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF TRACT B OF SAID LAKEWOOD ESTATES ; THENCE SOUTH 89°32'25” WEST ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY 02°53'56' EAST ALONG THE PROJECTION OF THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 20 A DISTANCE OF 39.73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
