NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-011462 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-S1, Plaintiff, and, THURAYA, ABDULRAHMAN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of May, 2015, the following described property:
Unit No. 220 of WHISPER LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3801, Page 259 and according to the Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 39, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements and stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above Condominium Unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
