The Plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to quiet and confirm title with respect to the property described below.
The Plaintiff in this action is RANDOLPH J. WILLIS and ELIZABETH STROUSE, his spouse.
The Plaintiff filed this action against you on October 21, 2014 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Civil Division, Case No: 14-004979-CI to quiet title.
The property that is the subject matter of this action is in Pinellas County, Florida, and is described as follows:
Lot 21, THE OAK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION BLOCK 63 OF REVISED MAP OF ST. PETERSBURG, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 61, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to David S. Delrahim, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Englander Fischer, 721 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 5-15-2015, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
If you fail to file an answer within the above prescribed time, a default will be entered against you in this matter for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
