SHARER, if alive, and if dead, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors, or other
parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 204, of GOLDEN GATE MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY, a COOPERATIVE according to the plat plan of the Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 7283, Page 1895, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. This includes 1972 double wide mobile home, VIN 5294A and 5294B. The resident is also the owner of appurtenant Membership Certificate #732 of GOLDEN GATE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida for-profit corporation.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward T. Culbertson, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 3621 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, on or before 5-15-2015 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
