NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 3, Block 28 of SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 37 through 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on May 8, 2015.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
