NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-014188-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and GENE E. SEARS A/K/A GENE E. SEARS, SR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 3, BLOCK 5, SOMERSET LAKES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 82 THROUGH 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
