NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-007371-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5, is Plaintiff and ANDERS O. FIELD, JR. A/K/A ANDERS O. FIELD; KINGS MOORINGS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT CONDOMINIUM UNIT 25 (ALSO KNOWN AS APARTMENT 303) IN THE KING'S MOORINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACORDING TO ITS DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, INCLUDING ALL OF ITS EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED ON OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3047, PAGES 473, ET SEQ., AND O.R BOOK 3058, PAGES 145, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF THE KING'S MOORINGS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGES 90 AND 91, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
