NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-010201, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT CORRIVEAU; MAINLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. 1B, ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of May, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 2965, PAGES 89 THROUGH 161, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4275, PAGE 1903, O.R. BOOK 5026, PAGE 585, O.R. BOOK 6600, PAGE 2140, O.R. BOOK 6947, PAGE 1474, O.R. BOOK 7114, PAGE 132 AND O.R. BOOK 7958, PAGE 1143 AND ALL ATTACHMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
