YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
A LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 7055 AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, TERMS, AND RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VENDOME VILLAGE, UNIT SIXTEEN, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED JULY 11, 1974, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4193, PAGES 105 THROUGH 164, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 111 AND 112, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Steven H. Mezer, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 3913, Tampa, Florida 33601, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
