NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 18th day of June, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOT, PIECE, OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 81, TRAILS WEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 82 & 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS, OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
