NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-003470-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Frank M. Cova a/k/a Frank Cova; Unknown Spouse of Frank M. Cova a/k/a Frank Cova; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, REVISED MAP OF HOLLYWOOD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
