Unit G-2, TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the pat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 35 and 36, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2313, Page 568, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
