Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-010684-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee Series BVMBS 2005-1 is the Plaintiff, and MARCUS W. MONTGOMERY III, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, WINDSOR WOODS, II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 80 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of May, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
