NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-003691-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and HAROLYN P. TINSLEY A/K/A HAROLYN O. O'DONNELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAROLYN P. TINSLEY A/K/A HAROLYN O. O'DONNELL; EAGLE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF MISSOURI; WILLOWBROOK ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 66-F OF WILLOWBROOK III A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 64 THROUGH 67 INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 26 PAGES 8 THROUGH 11 INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4560 PAGE 1592 AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4586 PAGE 1780 TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND OR MODIFICATION ATTACHING THERETO OR THEREFROM ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
