NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-003152-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CLARENCE JAMES FARAONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLARENCE JAMES FARAONE; BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY II, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in the possession, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS LOT 16, BLOCK 'N' AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5039 PAGES 1378 THROUGH 1448, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 86 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
