NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000030 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Charles B. Houck, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 112, TREASURE ISLAND TENNIS & YACHT CLUB #1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4060, PAGE 406, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
