NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014751 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A., successor trustee to LaSalle Bank National Association, on behalf of the holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2005-HE12, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2005-HE12, Plaintiff and Dan Millard Douglas a/k/a Dan Douglas and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Debi L. Tucker-Douglas a/k/a Debi Tucker-Douglas a/k/a Debi L. Tucker, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
