NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009794 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NOTIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SEERIES 2007-CB4, is Plaintiff and Edward Joseph Emlaw, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 18, Eagle Crest, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 6 through 9 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 6524 6th Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL 33710
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
