NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 08-017200-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-12 is Plaintiff and SYLVIA CRAMER, WILLIAM CRAMER, JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 20, ADDITION TO KENWOOD SUBN., ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
