NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13009721CA, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and YOSHIKAZU HARADA; COVE CAY VILLAGE III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JAMES C. SAYLOR and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of May, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 2-H, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COVE CAY VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 44 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILE SEPTEMBER 21, 1989, IN O.R. BOOK 7091, PAGE 2032, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 7388, PAGE 716, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
