NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Amended Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on July 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-012757-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and GREGORY BATTEN; LAUREL BATTEN; MEADOW LAKE PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NEZAHT BEINIGEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 337, MEADOWLAKE PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15039, PAGE(S) 2675 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
