NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 03, 2015, and entered in 14-001589-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH C. DUMALA A/K/A JOE C. DUMALA; SANDRA R. DUMALA; VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ESTELLA STAPLETON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A GARY STAPLETON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 BUILDING 3 VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY PHASE I, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 73 AND 74 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
