NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 13rd day of May, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 104C, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 13 THROUGH 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 2, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4848, PAGES 1456 THROUGH 1532, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
