NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 10-017744-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS LP, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS is Plaintiff and WILLIAM W. CRAMER A/K/A WILLIAM CRAMER, SYLVIA CRAMER, WILLIAM CRAMER, SYLVIA M. CRAMER A/K/A SYLVIA CRAMER, DAVID ELLIOT MOUCATEL AKA ELLIOTT DAVID MOUCATEL AKA DAVID MOUCATEL JR., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID ELLIOT MOUCATEL A/K/A ELLIOTT DAVID MOUCATEL A/KA DAVID MOUCATEL JR., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 23, ADDITION TO KENWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
