NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-002697 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein LIBERTY HOME EQUITY SOLUTIONS, INC. F/K/A GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS, INC. is Plaintiff and WILLIAM C. KEATING, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM C. KEATING, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 31, KEENE GROVES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 60, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
