NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on January 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-001187 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and JOYCE ELAINE JOHNSON A/K/A JOYCE JOHNSON; CARIBAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURTS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION; JOYCE E. JOHNSON AKA JOYCE ELAINE JOHNSON, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOYCE E. JOHNSON LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 8, 2007; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 124, BUILDING 2, OF CARIBAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4287, PAGE 773, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS APPURTENANCES ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
