NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005072-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COVE CAY VILLAGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BARRY C. SHINTON, INGRID SHINTON, FORMERLY KNOWN AS UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARRY C. SHINTON; COVE CAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of May, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 3-G, Fifth Phase, Building No. 5, of Cove Cay Village IV, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, pages(s) 40 through 45, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4993, page 1579 through 1646 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 3200 Cove Cay Drive Dr, Unit 3-G, Clearwater, FL 33760
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
