NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-003186-CI the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and JACK 201, LLC, JAMES J. SHATZ, FLORIDA BEACH CENTRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 201, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Florida Beach Centre, an Office Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 6293, Pages 239 to 257 inclusive, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 92, Pages 37 Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 201 150th Avenue Unit 201, Madeira Beach, FL 33708
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
