Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT INC, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-07CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-07CB is Plaintiff, and are ADA NEIKENS, an individual; ERIK NEIKENS A/K/A NICK NEIKENS, an individual; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 22nd day of May, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 89 and 90, Brunson's No. 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 124, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
