RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January, 28 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-003902-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2, is Plaintiff, and MARSHA KAY WHITE A/K/A MARSHA KEY WHITE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 1, OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT NO. 8, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 77, pages 74 through 75 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
