NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 1, 2015, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007051-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Imran Khan; Unknown Spouse of Imran Khan; Shana Khan; Unknown Spouse of Shana Khan; If living, including any unknown spouse of said Defendant(s), if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Westyn Bay Community Association, Inc.; Whether dissolved or presently existing, together with any grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said Defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under, or against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 191, WESTYN BAY - PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 104 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
