NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 21, 2015 and an Order Resetting Sale dated March 30, 2015 and entered in Case No. 482009CA027937XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR1 is Plaintiff and DAVID TYSON ALDERMAN; SUZANNE LEIGH ALDERMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGEIT, INC. MIN NO. 100112065736194784; LAKESIDE PLACE SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEDENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 26, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
