NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 13, 2015 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-019278-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Gowkarran Singh; Veronica Singh; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Grove Park at Stonecrest Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Stone Crest Master Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, GROVEHURST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 108 THROUGH 112, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
