Final Judgment was awarded on January 15, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-005307-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, CAPITAL ONE, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and PHILLIP KAUFMANN A/K/A PHIL KAUFMANN A/K/A PHILLIP K. KAUFMANN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILLIP KAUFMANN A/K/A PHIL KAUFMANN A/K/A PHILLIP K. KAUFMANN; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, A UTAH INDUSTRIAL LOAN COMPANY AND WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES COMPANY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS, are Defendants.
