NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as required by a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed March 31, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-011038-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, where BAIE CAPITAL, LLC., is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH BARAJAS A/K/A ELIZABETH DECOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH BARAJAS; JUAN G. BARAJAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN G. BARAJAS; DREAM LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF APOPKA; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. The clerk of the court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. at public sale at WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 26th day of May, 2015, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
