NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-000737-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFECIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH WILLIAMS; WOODLAND LAKES PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGINA ORA WILLIAMS; MYRYTLE WILLIAMS; TAJUAN WILLIAMS; WILLIE WILLIAMS; JONETTA PARKER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of May, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 326 OF WOODLAND LAKES PRESERVE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 15-19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
