Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 17, 2015, in Case No. 14000118CA of the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As TRUSTEE OF The PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and PROSPER J. PFANNERSTILL, III, individually, and JANE DOE n/k/a Leslie Tettinger, are the Defendants, the office of the Charlotte County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on July 20, 2015, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following-described property set forth in the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 54, Block 16, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 30A through 30H, inclusive, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
