NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09001406CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and Mark H. Morin, Linda A. Morin, are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 1, BLOCK 3422, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 69, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 20A THROUGH 20H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 6234 Sheffield Lane, Englewood, FL 34224
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
