NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-3034-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRSUTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICINGAGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and Jay Oleson, Tammy L. Oleson, Applied Card, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 20 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23 and 24, Block 1500, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 34, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 38A through 38H, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Street Address: 21441 Dollard Avenue, Port Charlotte, FL 33954
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
