NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12000844CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is Plaintiff and Otto Csanki, et al., are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, Block 3638, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 64, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 78A through 78A, inclusive, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Property Address: 7177 Regina Drive, Englewood, FL 34224.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
